Bikers rally to donate toys for Christmas

There are 3 things you can count on this time of the year. Thanksgiving turkey to make you fat, football to keep you entertained, and bikers to make sure kids have a great Christmas. This year will not be any different with many rallies around the US gathering gifts for children who otherwise might miss out one one of the most special times for a child, Christmas morning.

And just to make the point, check out this story from Pittsburg’s Morning Sun:

Something just seems wrong to see a biker wearing black leather pull up on his Harley-Davidson motorcyle — with a stuffed bear strapped to the back seat.

But that was a common sight Saturday afternoon at Big Lots as riders from the area joined to donate toys to the Community Christmas Program — a joint venture between The Salvation Army and Wesley House.
