Welcome Home SPC Victor Ramirez, US Army
On Saturday, 10 January 2009, members of the Bay Area Patriot Guard Riders, the Scottish Honor Guard playing the pipes, family, friends and fellow passengers, all welcomed SPC Victor Ramirez home from his second tour in Iraq. The family had not seen him in over a year. Well done soldier. Thank You.
